It is published anyway because a verified, provisional text is worth more than a contract template describing some other product.

Publisher
The Jalon service, available at roadmap.ofnir.fr, is published by a natural person. The information below is what article 6-III of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy requires.

“OFNIR” is the name under which the publisher operates the ofnir.fr domain: it is neither a company nor a registered trademark. The person legally responsible for the service is the one named above — the same person who publishes VirtIoT.
Publication director
The publication director is Joffrey Herard, as publisher of the site.

Host
The site is hosted by the publisher, within the meaning of article 6-I-2 of the same law: Joffrey Herard, Sole proprietor (French “micro-entreprise”), Maison L, 34 rue de Solférino, 51100 Reims, France, telephone +33 6 80 47 11 75.
The application, its database and its backups run on a server owned and administered by the publisher, located at the head office address given above. No third-party application host is involved, and no cloud provider has access to the database: the data stays in France and is never transferred outside the European Union.
Outgoing transactional email is routed by OVH SAS, a company established in the European Union, from the [email protected] mailbox. OVH hosts neither the application nor the database.
Intellectual property
The Jalon name, the interface and the service’s code belong to the publisher. The name is not registered as a trademark to date: no ® symbol is therefore used, here or anywhere else on the site.
Data placed in the product by an organisation remains that organisation’s property, and can be exported at any time.
Reporting a problem
A security vulnerability, unlawful content or personal data to be removed can be reported to [email protected]. Please do not disclose a vulnerability publicly before it is fixed.
